Getting an IP Blacklisted

To get an IP blacklisted is a very serious offense.

This article applies to all customers.

To get an IP blacklisted means that certain, if not most, mail servers will REJECT all mail coming from that IP.  Upon agreeing to sign up for our service you agree that if you, or anyone acting on your behalf, or any emails sent out from your account/s, including reseller accounts if applicable, is subject to a $100.00 FINE.

If you Choose NOT to pay the Fine we will first take your account to Collections, then if needed pursue the matter in Court.
