My Website Statistics have not Updated

Typically your web sites statistics are updated overnight. Occasionally, if the server has been busier than usual, it will suspend website stat processing so that it can prioritise normal traffic. Occasionally some other software issue may have occurred which has prevented statistics from updating.

If your stats are more than 24 hours out of date, and you wish to see your up-to-date statistics, you can initiate a manual update by logging in your cPanel account and going to Web / Ftp Statistics, Awstats. From this section, you can click the Update Now button, which will update your Awstats statistics immediately.

If this does not work, please open a helpdesk ticket and we will be happy to assist you further.
