Downgrades

Downgrades are considered transferring all content from a higher priced account, to a lower priced account. Examples include moving from a Reseller account (Aluminum $20.95), to a Shared account (Business $10.95). Dedicated (Basic $154) to Reseller (Gold $54.95). However if your "downgrade" is to a higher priced account, it is considered an upgrade. An example of this is moving from a level 3 VPS ($39.95) to a Diamond Reseller ($79.95).
