If an order is considered "high risk" and does not pass our initial Fraud Verification test, one of the appropriate forms will need to be filled out. We will definitely let you know if your order falls under this purview.
No other company is doing this? Why should I have to?
The common misconception that "no one else is doing it" is in correct. Host NIT Inc. did not always started out owing all of equipment, D.C floor space, etc. We started out just as a reseller and during this time I can definitely attest to the fact that I was told to do this on more than one occasion by Fortune 500 companies and some of the smaller one's as well. I did a Google search today, April 2, 2014 to check and see if this is still common practice , and it most definitely is.
The fact is, if your order is classified as "high risk" we will need the forms or we cannot provide service. Most of the time that i not necessary, and if it is, you will receive an email from our billing department letting you know the steps to complete your order.
