We are aware of the high overages charges and that is why we monitor accounts and try to send out notifications advising clients to upgrade. We also advise clients to proactively monitor their accounts for use trends so they could have a better idea if should change plans or simply upgrade the plan altogether.
Bandwidth Graphs, Usage Trends, etc are available directly in your control panel/client area and in SolusVM control panel - it's really the same info.
As a VPS customer you can send us a written request to suspend your account upon reaching the bandwidth limit.
